岗位要求Job Requirements

1. 大学专科以上学历，塑胶、模具或制造工程类专业，

Junior College Degree in plastics, tool, or manufacturing engineering

2. 5年以上汽车外饰件或内饰件模具相关工作经验，包括模具制造、模具维修。

5 years vehicle exterior or interior products related mold building or repair experience.

3. 较强的模具维修动手能力

Strong practices capabilities for tooling maintenance.

4. 熟悉MS Office软件；

Good knowledge of MS office.

5. 熟悉TS16949及ISO体系对模具管理的要求；

Familiar with TS16949 and ISO System related tooling management;

6. 良好的解决问题、人际交往能力。

Good problem solving, interpersonal skills.

岗位职责

Job Responsibility

1. 配合先期模具工程师进行新模的技术开发评审，设计结构分析,图纸审核并制定模具开发技术规范；

According to the project timing, dominate the new tooling design analysis, technical review, and build the related development specification.

2. 负责新模具在VCN现场试制过程，递交试制报告给相关人员；

Responsible for the new tooling trial run activities in VCN molding shop, and submit the trial run report to related people.

3. 参与新模具验收;

One of team member for new tooling acceptance activity.

4. 记录和追踪量产模具的所有变更点，监控模具整个生命周期的生产过程；

Record the change points of mass production tooling, and monitor the

production for entire tooling life time.

1. 负责量产模具的维修维护,满足生产要求；

Responsible for maintenance for mass production tooling to meet production requires.

2. 加强模具维修技术员的知识和能力培训；

Strengthen the training of maintenance technicians.

3. 改进伟速达中国模具维修流程;

Continuously improve tool maintenance program in VAST China.

4. 及时的整理模具档案，跟踪和监控模具的维护与保养;

Timely implement the tooling documentation, tracking and monitor the mold maintenance resume.

5. 拥有良好的注塑模具专业技能，知识和态度去有效地贡献生产和利益的最大化;

Have the relevant molding tooling skills, knowledge and attitudes to contribute effectively to maximize productivity and profits.

6. 服从上级安排，完成上级交办的共它工作;

Complete other assignments given by supervisors.
