Responsibilities:
- Manage operation and different functions i.e. Production, Manufacturing, Quality, Maintenance, Safety, Health and Environment to achieve company performance targets and other legal requirements.
- Lead, coordinate and undertake the implementation of the continuous improvement and elimination of waste, enforce and promote improvement items, examine rate of process and guide operation.
- Departmental information communication and corresponding tracking, feedback, improving on daily production schedule
- Monitor and instruct the improvement of OEE, 5S, TPM, standardization etc.
- Ensure that departments establish effective plans and strategies to meet goals in the areas of Quality, Delivery, Cost and People, Responsible for the periodic monitoring and feedback for such plans
- Monitor consistently achieving the standards process in direct operations to achieve the goals of efficiency, utilization and productivity in machining area.
- Manage and resolve emergency problem of the operation instantly.
- Implement company best practice in different areas under responsibility, setup and execute development program for subordinates.
- Work with corporate manufacturing and quality team in launching of new product/process.
- Ensure operation meets and passes customer audits and other external audits e.g. TS16949, ISO14001, etc.
- Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above in Mechanical Engineering or related fields.
- Minimum 10 years managing operations or engineering in related manufacturing experience within global organization.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Automotive industry.
- Excellent organization, planning, presentation and communication skills.
- Be familiar with CNC machining process.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated effective leadership skills.
- Fluent English in all communication types.
