1.Reporting & Analysis

a)Ensure a proper Finance & Accounting documentation in compliance to legal requirements for DW .

b)Ensure a clean book and reconciliation for DW, providing on time and accurate financial statements

c)Provide an on time, material accurate, user-friendly, and useful management accounting analysis, including VA Analysis.

d)Provide proper and on time Standard P&L reports.

e)Rolling forecast and Annual Budget run.

f)Provide other analysis per request.

2.Costing and Internal Control

a)Ensure an accurate monthly costing which enabling further analysis and cost control.

b)Maintain and review a standard cost system in IFS.

c)Improve stock control and stock holding position, identify and review aged stock with logistics.

d)To ensure proper internal control followed in the business process and in compliance with policies and regulations for Internal and External.

e)Internal audit and Identify any value added improvement and cost control opportunities.

3.Capex and Project Control
a) New Capex analysis and schedule control, in compliance company policy and budget
b) New project tracking and productivity follow up..

Qualification/ Experience/ Skills

1. University degree or above in accounting or finance.

2. At least 3 years working experiences in cost of foreign invested company

3. Trained to CPA level or equivalent

4. Good understand of Chinese legal, tax & financial regulations

5. Good command of English, both in writing and oral.

6. Must be able to interact with people at all levels

7. Good initiative
