Requirements
Bachelor’s degree minimum - English major preferred, if other major, then must have English fluency in reading, speaking, writing and listening;
Highly motivated individual with ability to handle projects independently;
Previous experience in school setting, British A Level programme preferred;
Previous experience dealing with university summer programs abroad preferred;
Ability to work evenings or weekends, when required.

Responsibilities:
Handling all paper work in the office; Maintain records and files; Updating students profiles regularly;
Control office calendar for visitors, as well as counsellors’ calendars;
Help with some translation/interpretation work in the office;
Maintain office supplies;
Help with contacting parents for meetings and other issues;
Assist with all other administrative work; Input data to certain software or onto spreadsheets;
Perform any other tasks assigned from the office.

SIP Dulwich College United School, also known as Dulwich International High School Suzhou (DHSZ) is a selective, English-medium, co-educational four-year high school. Our students are highly motivated and learning focused which makes it a delight to teach them. The majority of our current 550 students are PRC nationals who will pursue their university studies at excellent universities and colleges outside China. To this end, our students opt out of the Chinese education system at the end of junior middle school to follow a curriculum leading to IGCSEs and A Levels.
We are one of a family of schools owned and operated by Dulwich College International (DCI), based in Shanghai. DCI was founded in 2003, with full approval and authority from Dulwich College London and currently owns seven schools in China, Seoul and Singapore. Being part of a group of schools offers our employees and students many opportunities for connections and development outside the school as well.
We are an expanding school, currently in our fifth year of operation. We opened in September 2012 in temporary premises within the beautiful grounds of the prestigious Suzhou High School, in the heart of the old town of Suzhou in Jiangsu Province. In August 2015, we moved to our new purpose-built campus which is located in the developing SIP district of Suzhou, right next door to Dulwich’s other school in Suzhou, DCSZ, which is a 3- 18 international school, offering IGCSE and the IB diploma.
In line with the Dulwich College educational philosophy, we offer a holistic approach to the education of our high performing students, which is centred on a rigorous and advanced academic programme based around the UK’s University of Cambridge International Examinations A-level qualification. In addition, we run an extensive extra-curricular activities programme that supports students in developing their teamwork, leadership and creativity skills.
