职位描述：

* Set up machine for different products’ manufacturing (Daily)（根据产品要求调试生产设备）;
1. Machine trouble shooting（机床常见故障处理）;
* Take responsibility of shift management（担负班组管理职责）.
1.6S management for shop floor (Daily)（生产车间6S管理）;
2.production department safety patrol (Daily)（生产车间安全巡检）;
3.Production staff management （Daily）（生产车间员工日常管理）；
* Product quality control（产品质量控制）;
1.1st off, In process quality control & Last off(Daily)（首检，过程质量控制，末检）;
2.Product final inspection (When required)（产品最终出货检查）;
* Coach the staffs of production department to operate the new machines (Daily)（培训员工操作新机床）;
* 3 shifts working required（要求上3班）;
* Machine maintenance according to the preventive maintenance schedule (When required) （需要时根据预防保养计划对机床进行常规保养）；
1.Weekly maintenance （周保养）;
2.Monthly maintenance（月保养）;
3.Quarterly maintenance（季度保养）;
4.Yearly maintenance（年度保养）;
* Plant facility maintenance (When required)（需要时对厂房设施予以维护）;
1.Air conditioning, and etc（空调系统等）;
2.Illumination system（照明系统）;
3.Telephone & Others（电话等）.

岗位要求：

Have 2 years experience above,
Graduated from mechanical or electrical school,
3 shifts preferred.
2年以上相关工作经验，
机械类或电气类专业毕业，
能适应三班。
