Requirements:

- Bachelor degree in Business,Marketing, Education or related field
- can speak Chinese and English
- At least 5 years of related work experience
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Must be flexible, hard working, with well developed problem solving skills and able to work under pressure

Responsibilities:

- EtonHouse China market development on new joint ventures or franchising operations.
- Develop marketing plan and strategy to penetrate the China market.
- Seek opportunities to set up EtonHouse-China schools in major cities including Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen, Wuhan, Dalian and others.- Organize and market holiday camps for China students to Singapore and Singapore students to China.- Follow up on all enquiries on prospective new business- Assist the curriculum coordinator and work closely with the consultant to develop a curriculum suitable for the China market.- Coordinator for correspondence with EtonHouse Suzhou or other businesses.- Work closely with the school secretary and clerical officer responsible for China business development and China correspondence.
- Public relation to foster positive image and branding of EtonHouse, especially assisting the directors in coordinating and building relationships with business partners and government officers.

The EtonHouse International Education Group was founded in 1995 in Singapore. In 18 years, EtonHouse has expanded to 70 international schools and pre-schools across Singapore, China, India, Indonesia, Japan, Korea and Malaysia，etc. Together, these schools provide quality international education to over 6000 children from 61 nationalities.
 
The curriculum follows the International Baccalaureate (IB) philosophy of Inquiry-based learning. For the early years programme ( Nursery to Kindergarten), a child-responsive, play-based, “Inquire ·Think·Learn” pedagogy is followed. The early childhood curriculum is inspired by the Reggio Emilia approach.
