Requirement:

-Bachelor degree with major in finance, accounting;

-2+ years working experience in AP or G/L with the background of multi-national company;

-Basic knowledge of customs and foreign currency regulation;

-Good command of accounting regulation;

-Good finance system(SAP) and computer operation skill;

-Fluent written and spoken English.

Responsibility:

-Regular collect the invoices of depots to make sure the supporting documentation is in accordance with accounting policy;

-On-time input the invoice information to system to make sure the maintenance is very well;

-Weekly generate AP report to analyze payment status by aging, customer, regions etc;

-Closely work with functional dept for invoice checking to make sure the charge is correct and invoice is full;

-Regular meeting with operation dept. to know the payment or service requests, timely go through with accounting supervisor/mgr for solution designing;

-Regular prepare payment report by requests and assist Accounting mgr for payment arrangement;

-Well keep and filing documentation for AP and related;

-Track the payment status and advise the progress to functional dept with well explain for outstanding;

-Maintain & Monitor the vendor’s information to make sure the criterion is executed in well;

-Ad hoc assignments.
