Job Requirement:

Above 2 years' working experience in HR or Administration

Bachelor degree, majored in HR or English

Fluent in both written English and oral English

Skillful in using all office software

Good communication skills

Self – motivated, patient, responsible

Job Responsibility:

Employees file management and maintenance; ensure correct data is updated on HR system.

Maintain Staff attendance record and overtime working record on HR system.

Work Permit & Resident Permit application, renewal and termination for Expatriates.

Assist with HR data prepartion required by the management.

Support to handle recruiting cases for operators.

Assist HR Manager for job interview arrangement and coordination.

Assist with managing the employment procedures for new employees.

Responsible to assist the HR Manager in developing and implementing employee training.

Assist with social insurance and housing fund payment.

Assist with organizing company team building activities

Responsible for maintaining contact list of BUGS for effective communication

Shuttle bus and rental cars arrangement and manage the drivers

Working meal arrangement

Other office administration including name card printing, hotel reservation, etc.

Other tasks required by the HR Manager.
