Job Responsibility:
? Be responsible for all aspects of providing technical support for our customers, distributors, and field sales.
? Direct the activities of the technical applications, applications engineering.
? Analyze and solve technical problems for both existing and potential customers.
? Consult with customers, distributors, and field sales regarding product capabilities.
? Apply Rayco products along with complimentary products to produce systems that meet or exceed customer expectations.
? Stimulate customer awareness through training and technical seminars.
? Recommend product design improvements and new product needs based on customer application analysis. Submit new product "Ideas" via the Winovation process.
? Responsible for Warranty product return procedures to assure a timely and accurate response to the customer and provide feedback into the product improvement process.
? Leads the PROJECT TEAM to achieve its chartered purpose and desired outcomes.
? Creates and tracks the Master Gantt for the entire program; ensures all deliverables and milestones are met per customer request.
? Creates and tracks the Open Issues List for the entire program; Hold weekly and Bi-weekly meetings as necessary.
? Ensures team participation and tracks to meet budgeted cost targets per plan.

Qualifications:
? BS in Engineering with a Master preferred.
? 5 - 10 years experience in rubber application engineering.
? Previous supervisory experience preferred.
? Previous experience in technical support / trouble-shooting with end-customers / distributors preferred
? PC literate (MS Office, Lotus Notes and 2D/3D CAD preferred.)
? Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills for effective interaction with contacts.
? Ability to handle multiple priorities and work under pressure.
? Excellent organizational skills.
? Excellent English
