职位描述
Requirement:
1. College degree above major in machinery or automation;
2. At least 3 years of working experience in relevant area, TPM experience ,familiar with hydraulic system and PLC would be preferable;
3. Must have planning skills and TPM implement experiences;
4. Be familiar with hydraulic, automatics and CAD;
5. Excellent organization, administration and problem solving skills, detailed orientated, timekeeper and high level of confidentiality and accuracy;
6. Good interpersonal and communication skills with ability to communicate with associates, customers, trade associations and government officials;
7. Fluent written and oral English.
Responsibility:
1. Implement TPM on production line equipments, define maintenance levels and checklists to make sure all equipments are maintained on good working conditions
2. Plan and organize periodic equipment maintenance, reduce unplanned down time;
3. Maintain on facilities to create a safety, neatly, efficient working place;
4. Control subcontractors to ensure they can provide service what exactly we wanted;
5. Strongly support on our Business Growth Project via providing any technical supports;
6. Provide technical supports on equipments rapid repairs to eliminate effects on production caused by equipment breaking down;
7. Give necessary training to mechanics to improve their work skills and awareness;
8. Give training to production operators to make sure they can execute daily check and operating the machines on the right way;
9. Daily work plan, major maintain plan, periodically maintain plan;
10. Other tasks assigned by manager.

Firth Rixson Aerospace Components (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. is Firth Rixson’s first facility in Asia Pacific, headquartered in East Hartford in the United States and Sheffield in Great Britain.Firth Rixson Suzhou’s primary products are rolled seamless rings for use in aircraft engines.
The plant was registered in Export Processing Zone B of the Suzhou Industrial Park in July 2004 with 50,000 square feet green field and investment of US$ 60 million. To meet customer demands, a state of the art seamless rolled ring cell has been installed, consisting of cutoff saws, forging, ring rolling, and heat treatment and machining equipment. Our major business scope almost covers the entire aerospace engine manufacturer in the world, including Honeywell, GE, Rolls Royce, Pratt & Whitney, Singapore Aerospace Manufacture, Hamilton Sundstrand.
