Job Description
- Coordinate the development and implementation of activities in the production area(s) to meet productivity, personel efficiency, quality, and cost objectives
- Participate in the identification of the bottleneck machine and define the process/project to enhance the machine capacity and OEE.
- Define the optimized personel structure of shop floor by right IE/Lean method, monitor & control the presonel efficiency.
- Implement in the whole operation on the IE tools cascaded from Back End Cluster IE team and share the best practices.
- Lead & participate the enhancement on shopfloor competency, shop floor leadership & shop floor team moral.
- Define the KAIZEN activities plan to eliminate waste and make value flow
- Lead the lean Kaizen activities such as 5S, Visual management, VSM, SMED, TPM, KANBAN, Milk Run, Flow Production, etc.
- Develop IE/lean training programs to all employees in the segment to promote lean culture
- Other operation improvment tasks asigned by the leagal manager.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor or Master degree in engineering, IE is preferred
- Min 10 years' work experience on semiconductors manufacturing or electronic assembly manufacturing, familiar with manufacturing processes such as assembly, testing, etc.
- Min 3 years of managment roles in IE/Lean manufacturing.
- Strong Knowledge and experience with IE/ lean manufacturing concept and system
- Strong leadership, project management & problem solving skill
- Can do, positive thinking, good communication and coordination skills, passion with people
- Good command of written and spoken English
