Key responsibilities:

1.Parts & Accessories planning
-Set up/maintain item master data in system.
-Deal with the inquiry (price, inventory) from internal and external customers.
-P&A planning base on purchase history, lead time, safety stock, and requirement from sales/service team. Ensure the fill in rate over 95%.
-Have efficient communication with sales/service team, to improve the planning accuracy.
2.Parts & Accessories procurement
-Place the order to internal and external supplier.
-Follow up the open orders, ensure the on time delivery.
-Follow up the in transit shipment, ensure the on time arrival.
-Receiving and shipping data key in in system, download the invoice from online system.
-Deal with customer complain and return.
3.Parts & Accessories inventory control
-Follow up the back orders, push sales team to clean them.
-Analysis the aging inventory, take actions to reduce inventory level.
-Analysis the E&O stock, take actions to reduce the E&O stock, and avoid over stock in future.
4.Make and analysis the report
-Weekly China inventory report
-Monthly inventory forecast report
-Monthly bridge analysis report
5.Other duties assigned by management

Experience/Qualification(s) required:

1.Bachelor's degree
2.Fluent oral and written English
3.Over 3 years planning experience in multi-national company, experience on logistic is preferred.
4.High responsibility

6.Knowledge of engines is prefer
7.Proficient in MS Office.
8.Initiative, team work spirit.
9.Quick feedback and conscientious working attitude.
