1. 管理客户应用并根据实际情况提供解决方案，从技术层面支持销售和市场团队。Manage customer application and provide solution according to real situation, support sales and marketing team from technology perspective
2. 标准化成熟产品的应用方法并在必要时展示给客户。Standardize application processing for mature product and show to customer when necessary
3. 参与支持销售和市场团队市场开发和新产品推介。Support sales and marketing team for market development and new product promotion
4. 管理产品工业标准，汽车OEM标准和其它相关产品标准。Manage product industry standard, automotive OEM standard and other standards related to product
5. 把产品标准和产品开发联系起来，提供有效的输入并评估客户产品性能要求。Link the product standard to product development, provide effective input also evaluate customer product performance requirement
6. 提供产品设计和技术应用到生产的技术支持，让团队能够有效理解。Work with team to get a real understand for product design and link the technology to production, provide technical support
7. 重点集中在实验室和测试范围，管理实验室正常运行，支持质量做设备校准。Focus on laboratory and testing scope, manage laboratory normal operation, support quality for equipment calibration
8. 编写测试SOP，包括WI，流程图，目视化识别，风险评估等。Write testing SOP which include WI, flow chart, visual identification, risk assessment, etc
9. 提供从原材料到成品的测试报告和分析，包括产品开发，原材料开发，客户应用开发等。Provide test report and analysis for raw material to finish goods, which for product development, compound development and customer application purpose, etc
