Requirements:
01？(3+) Years Working Experience – Marketing related field is preferred
02？Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, English, or related subject
03？Excellent Oral & Written English
04 Excellent communication and organizational skills
05？Excellent sense of responsibilities and commitments
06？Knowledge of fundamental concepts, practices and procedures of marketing
07？Proficient in MS Office, Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and Acrobat
08？Must be a team player and have a positive attitude
09？Must be self-motivated, quick and willing to learn

Responsibilities:
01？Supports Marketing Manager in creation and publication of print and web-based materials
02？ Provides marketing tracking and research by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends
03？ Updates competitor database, compiling, consolidating, formatting and summarizing information
04？ Assists with the writing, translating and editing of material for reports, manuals, briefs, proposals, instruction books, catalogs and related print and web-based technical and administrative publications
05？ Reviews published materials and recommends revisions or changes in scope, format and/or content
06？ Maintains and manages data and literatures, including brand, logo use and physical marketing materials
07？ Assists with marketing activities like exhibitions, workshops, seminars and etc.
08？ Assists with customer communications such us surveys and collating the results
09？ Liaise with a range of key internal contacts in Asia Operations and global marketing team
10？ Works with Engineering Dept. to format project manuals to standardized publishing specifications
11？ Sundry P.O. management for Marketing Dept. as assigned
12？ Deal with Vendors related to Sundry P.O.s for Marketing Dept.
13？ Other duties as required
