Job responsibility

- Assures site office general services (such as Fax machine, copy machine, phones, IT service, stationery, etc.) are provided as needed and it runs well.

- Arrange flight, local transport and hotel accommodations for site team and visitors.

- Communicate with yard, owners, subcontractors, suppliers and vendors

- Applying boarding passes, LOI, make visa extensions for expatriates

- Coordinate and assist within the group of companies deployment of services / personnel/ spares in Singapore

- In charge of cash payment and receipts/ invoices; prepare weekly cash flow report

- Review employee expenses claims to ensure all expense claims have been substantiated by supporting documents and approved according to company policy

- Provide timely and accurate billing information and spreadsheets to customers monthly and get approved.

- Purchase spare parts for ships and marine boilers

- Filing job files

Requirements

- College degree and above, 3 years professional working experience especially in marine industry is preferred , some technical experience would be a benefit,

- Able to work under high pressure and meet tight deadlines, have good time management skills

- Strong in communication and interpersonal skills

- Competent in using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
