Requirements:

1.Bachelor degree or above in Finance, accounting or other relative field
2.Patience, detailed thinking, down-to-earth, capable to work under pressure
3.Excellent verbal and written communication skills. High standards of customer service to contacts both within and outside the company.
4.Preference with ERP experience in a manufacture environment, QAD better
5.English speaking and written skills required
6.Proficient in MS Office

Major Responsibilities:

1.Audit employee expense reports in accordance with the Travel and Expense Policies;
2.Process invoices and book AP in an accurate and timely manner, and make accruals;
3.Participate in the month-end closing process, ensuring compliance with Corporate and statutory requirements;
4.Follow up any issue with AP;
5.Department expense budget tracking;
6.Other miscellaneous task assigned by supervisor or manager
