一. Key Service
1, Cost monthly closing on time and accurately
2, Standard cost review and release
3, Cost control system set up and monitor
4, Product cost controlling
5, Profit center accounting
6, Prepare report and analysis cost result, including investigation of variance and the interpretation
7, Margin analysis VS cost calculation
8, Lead or participate in KPI calculations in cost related
9, Work with Operation team for accuracy of data collection and cost saving purpose
10, Inventory year-end physical count
11, AD hoc reports
二. Qualification
1.Education Background
1), Minimum of at least an Associate degree, with a major in Accounting or Finance
2), Accountant qualification or above
2. Skills and knowledge
1), Knowledge of Chinese Statutory reporting requirements
2), Effective written and verbal and reading skill in English
3), SAP or Kingdee experience is a plus
4), Excellent in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
5), Team player, openness in communication, Self-motivated, Aware of responsibility.
3. Working Experience
1). 8 years costing experience with 4+years experience of team management
2). From a manufacturing environment is a must
