Job Description:
This position is responsible for planning and implementing sales activities in Anhui area.

Responsibilities:
1.Develop business with existing and new customers through professional sales activities with high efficiency and effectiveness, such as (not limited):
a.Search for potential customer;
b.Maintain the relationship with old customers and develop new customers;
c.Respond to and follow up customer’s enquiry, create business opportunity by exploring channels and network;
d.Visit/meet customer and introduce company’s services;
e.Negotiate price and prepare quotation according to internal pricing system;
f.Prepare and confirm contact with customer;
g.Serve main customers and keep good cooperation with them;
h.Set up, maintain and update customers profile;
2.Reply internal inquiry and conduct contract review in accordance with pricing policy and technical competence.
3.Train new comers on sales skills and customer service concept;
4.Provide Regional Sales Manager with the proposal on improving sales procedure and policy adjustment;
5.Present periodic marketing /sales report and give suggestion to the department manager/regional sales manager /sales operation manager;
6.Involve and organize the marketing activities together with MKT to enhance the customer awareness of TUV SUD and promote new services;
7.Enhance the relationship with the group leaders/PM/PE/Customer service to maximum the efficiency and output for the projects;
8.Perform other duties assigned by Regional Sales Manager.


Requirements:
1.College degree or above;
2.At least 6 years sales experience, experience in CRM and/or experience in certification field is preferred;
3.Be familiar with EEC Department service scope;
4.Proven sales record;
5.Good sales skills;
6.Good management skills;
7.Strong marketing orientation and presentation skills;
8.Diligence, self-motivation and strong teamwork spirit;
9.Good communication and interpersonal skills;
10.Able to work under pressure and independently;
11.Fluent written and spoken English is preferred;
12.Job involves traveling to customers’ and manufacturers’ locations.
