Key Activities:

- Accurate accounting entries
- Upload foreign exchange rate into Globe System daily
- Post GL ledger in Globe Systerm daily
- Monthly close ledger
- Prepare monthly report
BS & PL report / Magnitude report / Magnitude report / GM report / Key Account Report / cash report / balance sheet reconciliation report
- Other ad hoc projects as directed

Requirements:

- University graduate
- In-depth understanding of freight forwarding industry and related accounting knowledge
- Accounts and subsidiary ledger reconciliation
- Performing month-end accounting and reporting and work within deadlines
- Monitor regional policy adoption and adherence
- Type accurate
- Proficient in MS, meeting intermediate standand of Excel is preferable
- Good command of written and spoken English and Putonghua
