Accountabilities:

?Work according to the export process:
?Responsible for customer contacts, follow up contacts per telephone and visits
?Regular work with invoices, calculations of profit split and commissions, tracking and correcting mistakes in supplier invoices and following all quality routines
?Assist in supplier and customer queries
?Arrange collections and deliveries
?Contribute to development of team
?Assure timely billing as per company policy

Requirements:

Familiar with and well able to work within the export process
Knows supplier conditions, deliver terms, Inco terms and purchasing conditions
Knows risk and insurance terms
Good knowledge of computer system, both exports and invoicing
Knowledge of Customs tariff
Good communication skills
Financial awareness
Able to manage own working time effectively
Knowledge of service levels expected by clients - able to deliver them!
Good command of local language and English
