职位描述
Main Duties
1. Research local assigned market
-To obtain the first-hand information of local assigned market;
-Work with Market & Strategy Department and BD assistant to explore and research assign market, confirm main potential clients and contact ways of key interlocutors.
2. Sign Contract
-Define key decision-makers in potential clients and make influential personnel network diagram;
-seek for the best strategic methods to approach to potential clients;
-In the first meeting with potential clients, adopt structurized methods to learn their needs;
-Assess Project Feasibility through technical survey on potential clients;
-Cooperate with Sodexo Engineering Dept., H& S Dept., Operation Dept., and Financial Dept. to assess Sodexo possible cost;
-Make tailor-made Catering Service Solution Proposals to potential clients according to survey result and clients’ current situation;
-Sign catering contract with clients in line with Sodexo policy and clients’ needs;
-Organize transition meeting with Operation Dept. after signing contract and follow up in several weeks after opening;
3. Work Record
-Record every commercial activity into CRM and meanwhile confirm and update relative information;
-File critical documents and files of every project in Public Server, including:
a) Client Survey Report, Meeting Minutes, or official bidding documents;
b) Canteen/ kitchen design layout, proposal data, H&S safety report, costing document, etc.;
c) Proposal & presentation;
d) Sign contract, keep electronic contract, and submit to Dept. ED for signature.
Job Requirements
-Bachelor Degree or above;
-At least 8-year experience of B-B business development or sales;
-Excellent ability of expression;
-Fast learning and adaptation ability;
-Work in complex environment and under great pressure;
-Proficiency in MS software
-Proficiency in English
