职位职责：

1. To service CS with prompt/accurate order due date committing based on capacity, material, etc factors.

2. To coordinated with team and optimize capacity resource to conduct proper production schedule and follow up the order completion to satisfy customer demand.

3. To receive shop order from CS, and create purchase requisition base on the available stock, open PO, etc factors .

4. To confirm the raw material dock date with buyer. Pull the materials in base on the schedule

5. To provide material issuing requisition to warehouse and prepress. Make sure the pre-press get the right information to make customer demands.

6. To arrange the priority FIFO of FQC and the overtime requirements daily.

To make delivery plan according to customer’s requirements, and push production to pass the FG to store on time, make sure the timely delivery

职位要求：

Education and Training:

1. University degree or above.

Experience and Skill:

1. At least 2 years experiences in printing industry.

2. Understanding production process and IFS system

Personality and Competency:

1. Customer focused

2. With initiative, can work under pressure to tight deadlines

3. Good communication both in English and Chinese

4. Can interact with others

5. Problem solving skills

6. Computer Literate, experience in Scheduling system is a favorite
