职位描述
Responsibility:
1. Channel manager is the driver of channel penetration and exploration, including: define channel distribution strategy, concept, planning, and monitor performance
2. Develop and maintain channel-wise marketing strategies at country and TSO level to meet AA-CN objectives through a defining comprehensive marketing policies, including: sales/marketing policy, and channel pricing policy (together with Product Marketing)
3. Define and Develop Channel approach to maximize market opportunities through higher focus in both Sell-in and Sell-out strategy, and binding concept
4. Evaluate Channel /customer performance and potential via market research, market intelligence, and competitor data to support above-listed tasks, and develop necessary tools
5. Support implementation of marketing activities on TSO and RSO level
6. Define channel-specific process, and initiate and deeply involve in Channel relevant IT system, like E-focus
7. Controlling of Channel Marketing Budget
Qualification:
1. Very good analytical skills and communication skills
2. Solid Sales / Marketing background either in Automotive Aftermarket or FMCG
3. Very good foreign language skills in both speaking and writing
4. Channel Marketing experiences in FMCG will be PLUS
5. Education: Engineering, Marketing bachelor, MBA preferred
