The Role:

? Reporting directly to Head of Contract Logistics Dept., functional reporting to HR Manager, China, the incumbent shall work as a HR business partner for Contract Logistics, providing a comprehensive HR service to the team in a proactive and effective manner in line with business strategies;

Responsibilities:

? Provide full spectrum of HR service to the business unit, ensuring GW HR policies and processes are well understood and implemented;
? Ensure HR data/records/reports are available, accurate and complete, and all HR practices are within the scope of applicable laws/regulations;
? Implement recruitment process e.g. pre-selection, interviews and offer discussion;
? Handle staffing issues, including but not limited to job transfer, employee relations, termination cases, on board & exit management etc.;
? Screen labor outsourcing partners and monitor their performance against the KPIs, apply appropriate improvement/correction actions whenever necessary
? Oversee the performance of outsourced labor and address issues for management and partner attention whenever needed
? Administrate performance management activity to ensure the quality and efficiency;
? Support business managers and employees in finding solutions for HR issues;
? Understand the training and development needs, drive and implement training plan;
? Coordinate with GW HR team for appropriate labor-related calculation for existing and potential customers
? Select and manage all the vendors for administration-related service;
? Complete other temporary tasks from upper management.

Requirements:

? Bachelor and above, preferable in HR, business management or psychology related major;
? Minimum of 3 to 5 years experience as an HR generalist or specialist in an sizable company with multiple locations;
? Good knowledge of labor laws and regulations, experience in working with outsourcing partners is a big advantage;
? Good command of spoken & written English;
? Highly developed communication and interpersonal skill;
? Have ability to work under pressure and to handle complexity and multi-task, high sense of confidentiality & responsibility.
? Mature Personality, service-oriented, team player, attention to details.
? High level of consultancy, presentation and influencing skills;
? Available for domestic travel when needed
