You will be responsible for accounting of Intercompany transactions and fixed assets and analysis/reconciliation of related balance sheet accounts. Key roles include:

Responsibilities:

1. Accounting for non-product Intercompany transactions

2. Preparation of intercompany reconciliation and aging report. You should actively work with the Finance Manger to solve discrepancies and long aging items.

3. Accounting of CIP and fixed assets.

4. Preparation of CIP and fixed asset reconciliations of SL to GL to ensure the accuracy and completeness of the accounts

5. Monthly bank reconciliations

6. Support the Finance manager in monthly statutory and tax reporting.

Requirements:

1. Degree holder in Accounting or Finance; professional accounting qualification is a plus

3. Strong sense of responsibility

4. Must be a good communicator and a willing team player

5. Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese

On October 31, 2005, Pfizer announced the official opening of China Research and Development Center (CRDC) in Shanghai. Pfizer Global Research and Development’s Center is mainly engaged in drug development activities. Much of the facility's capacity is devoted to the study design, data management and statistical analysis of global phase I-IV clinical trials, as well as the clinical study report process. In addition, CRDC is a part of Pfizer global Safety and Risk Management and covers the functions of safety data processing and assessment. The center also trains Pfizer employees in China and throughout the Asia region in internationally recognized Good Clinical Practice standards.
