Job Duties/Responsibilities:
? Identify and drive supplier manufacturing process quality concern towards final resolution to improve the yields;
? Follow up on supplier corrective actions on day to day issues and field quality issues;
? Act on plant quality issue to solve issues ASAP to avoid stop shipment and marketing complaints;
? Tooling issue and tooling maintenance review as well as support to new tool qualification;
? Ensure any engineering change or quality requirement properly implemented; Initiate evaluation on supplier change request and document submission;
? Report and update any quality related (tooling, assembly, testing) to Culligan;
? Support to technical specification/requirement review to ensure proper understanding and implementation at the supplier;
? Supplier document (SOP, SIP, Control Plan, drawings and etc.) review;
? Initiate evaluation on new components and First Piece Inspection Report submission;
? Work with supplier on product testing plan to meet Culligan requirements;
? On site inspect the final products and package to ensure the quality meet requirements.

Job Requirements:
? Qualified candidates need to have 4 years ME or engineering degree
? With at least 5 years supplier quality experience at a multi-national company
? Strong knowledge of geometric dimension, tolerance and mechanical components inspection methods, molding tooling qualification
? Good English communication skills
? Knowing tooling fabrication and molding process a must.
? Strong SPC and problem solving experience and skills, manage suppliers on failure root causes, develop process control and action plan, lead supplier's quality and production to improve Culligan production yield and product quality
