Title: China Commercial Manager

Report to: Asia Commercial Director

Job Description:

1. Lead China Sales Team - 10 experienced sales team to drive sales revenue above USD 100 million and variable margins;

2. Develop strong knowledge and relationship with critical customers to secure profitable business and identify new opportunities;

3. Manage individual customer price based on corporate pricing guideline and control selling expense within the budget;

4. Coach and develop sales team to grow their career in the company;

5. Asia Emulsion Leadership Team member, reporting to Asia Commercial Director, Emulsion Polymers;

KEY SELECTION CRITERIA

Ideal Experience

1. more than 10 years of sales management experience in multinational chemical companies with previous track record in developing customer relationships;

2. Demonstrated interpersonal skills in working across functions to influence priorities of other departments;

3. Bachelor degree is required for this position;

4. Fluent in both spoken and written Mandarin and English;
