Position Objective:
- Lead the administration team for integration project, do the planning, organizing, providing leadership and controlling all administrative function.
- Lead the Admin team to provide effective and excellent services to associates.
Accountabilities:
Leadership - 30%
- Lead the administration team to provide effective and excellent services.
- Coach and ensure the team to embrace and apply Compliance in daily services and contact with vendors.
Administration Operation - 60%
- Responsible for Admin team development & work improvement.
- Formulate kinds of office administration policy and execute the policy.
- Work on the annual budget of office administration for regional offices Monitor Admin and common share related monthly payment and misc. reports, ensure the quality and accuracy.
- Cooperate & coordinate with various business and Capability teams on office renovation and moving projects.
- Ensure office environment & security to be safe, and work with EHS team on EHS activities and processes.
- Continuous improve and refine systems and processes related with office management.
- Supervise or evaluate Admin related vendors, to deliver qualified service.
- Organize the public activities: donation, volunteers activities, etc.
- Organize company events: regional meeting, outing, annual party, etc.
Executive Assistant – 10%
- Performs diverse administrative support to leadership team (travel, transportation, filing management, maintain calendar of appointments).
