职位概要:
负责工程项目的设计指定工作，有效管理设计院和设计师资源；为销售团队和经销商团队提供专业的产品培训以及相关的技术指导。
工作内容:
%开拓建筑师及室内设计师资源；
%建立与设计师的长期合作关系并在项目中将得嘉产品指定上图；
%有效维护设计院和设计师的信息；
%制定设计院推广计划并组织小型推广会；
%制定培训计划并拟定相应的培训内容；
%培训销售团队，提升团队的专业知识水平；
%培训经销商的销售团队，提升其产品知识和业务水平；
%收集竞争对手信息及市场信息，为公司决策提供依据。
任职资格:
教育背景:
◆本科及以上学历。
培训经历:
◆接受过销售管理方面的培训，接受过培训师培训的优先。
经 验:
◆5年以上建材行业销售经验，其中2年以上销售经理或者培训经理或者设计指定的经验（有外资建材公司销售经历者优先）。
技能技巧:
◆熟练操作办公软件；
◆具有良好的英语听、说、读、写能力；
◆会驾车者优先。
态 度:
◆有敏锐的市场眼光；
◆具有良好的沟通能力和分析问题的能力；
◆具有独立的工作能力、良好的人际交往能力与团队合作精神；
◆积极主动、性格开朗、讲求效率、乐于接受挑战。
