Responsibilities:
· Partners with internal/external resources to update C&B related regulations among AP region and support AP plant HR Leaders to ensure legal compliance.
· Consolidate China government regulation updates of each plant site and sharing the risk control points with plant HR to improve the compliance mindset regularly.
· Manages annual C&B survey process.
· Works with Mercer/HRBS and Corporate Compensation team to participate in external surveys in a timely manner.
· Improves and maintains survey job match data accuracy in system.
· Gathers and analyzes data.
· Interprets survey findings for market comparison and policy review.
· Supports Corporate Compensation along with AP C&B Manager in communicating, managing and maintaining global grading, career ladders and governance implementation on behalf of the region.
· Develops AP primary salary survey strategy to ensure local market competitiveness and workforce attraction
· Conducts ad hoc C&B projects & tasks in support of AP C&B initiatives and improvements based on BU needs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics or other Math related field of study. MBA a "plus ".
- 5+ years experience in Compensation & Benefits, consulting background a plus.
- Fluent in English
- Computer : MS word, Excel and PowerPoint
- HR and C&B programs, strategies and practices
