Execute the project from the first design phase up to completion and develop the schedule by identifying all tasks
-Manage the full program life cycle from conception to completion, including project planning, project monitoring, tracking and status reporting, and post project reviews
-Ensuring that program work and project management methodologies used conform to all company standards and procedures.
-Innovative and creative thinking is a must in order to be able to execute a project smoothly. In addition to that, the capability to make judgments and decisions quickly is essential, especially when contradicting information is available
-Ability to multi-task and manage risk, issue and scope changes for the projects and escalations as required
-Responsible for controlling costs, building a loyal clientele, setting and obtaining sales and profit objectives
-Assist the National Telemarketing Director in managing the team to formulate and improve operations procedures and efficiency
-Work closely with internal departments and external partners and allies in the development and implementation of projects
-Minimum 8 years working experience, in which at least 3 years’ experience in supervisory/management level
-Be familiar with insurance industry
-Excellent presentation skills, meeting facilitation, and demonstrated capacity for project leadership.
-People oriented, passionate and customer focused
-Good interpersonal, presentation and problem solving skills
-Strong skills in communication and problem-solving
-Mature, independent, well-organized and able to work under pressure
-High proficient in English, PPT
-Station in Shanghai
