Position Title: Sales Manager, Feedback China
Position Reports to: APC Sales Manager, China/SEA
Subordinates: Regional Sales Manager/Application Manager
Location: Beijing

Position Summary:
? This position has the responsibility for developing revenue and opportunity growth in China, the role is primarily responsible for revenue growth thru Key customer developing, sales management and distribution development/management. Implementing BU level strategy PD plans, managing all sales functions including sales reports, action plans and internal communications.
Essential Responsibilities:
? Leadership potential
? Explore and penetrate new market and vertical accounts
? Organize regional sales daily work, action plans and sales metrics with BU
? Win new OEM customers by value selling, pre-call plan and funnel process
? Develop and manage channel by coaching and implementing funnel process
? Thru VOC process, Initiate/ manage the Feedback NPI by closely working with Tianjin or BU engineering team.
Job Requirements
? Bachelor degree or higher in Engineering, or other related technical field, MBA is preferred
? At least 10 years sales experience in Factory Automation (such as encoder, PLC, Inverter, drive, motor…)
? 5 years manager experience of sales team
? Solid skill of sales and key account management/Channel management skill.
? Good presentation skill and persuading skill
? Well organized, good customer communication skills, and ability to handle multiple tasks.
? Self-motivated & customer-oriented team player
? Teamwork, collaborative with customers, associates at all levels towards mutual objectives.
? Working experience multinational company is highly expected.
? Knowledge and use of Microsoft Windows and Office for reporting.
? Willing to travel frequently
? Fluent in written and oral English
