Title Production Supervisor

Reporting to Production Manager

Purpose of the position:

This position is the production supervisor of our stapler production machining/press workshop, and is fully responsible for the production, equipment, material, process and shop floor management.

Job Description:

* Responsible for the workshop daily manage.

*Timely accomplish the order base on the requirement of quality standard.

*Implement the lean production, continuously increase the efficiency and improve the process flow.

*Strengthen the workshop internal management, establish and continuous to improve the working procedures and regulations; ensure the production activities are in accordance with the ISO9001 quality system.

*Analyze the quality issues, find out the countermeasure, eliminate the failures and prevent the failure happened again.

*Training the operators, ensure they are qualified to the requirement of the position; follow up the standard work in the workshop.

*Bear the responsibility of the production safety and workshop 5S.

*Other tasks assigned by the manager.

Requirements:

*College degree or above.

*Major in mechanical or related.

*Familiar with 5S, TPM management knowledge.

*5+ years working experience in mechanical industry company, leading a team with at least 50 persons.

*With experiences in a foreign mechanical company will be a plus.

*Well know about the production plan scheduling, process control, with clearly direction.

*Familiar with Lean production.

*Basic English communicates skill, capable to read the drawings and technical documents.

*Positive personality, self-started, capable to accept the environment change, deal the problems with the straight direction, work hard and responsible.
