职位描述
一、任职要求：
1.大专以上学历，欢迎应届毕业生。
2.良好的英语口语及书面表达能力。
3.良好的计算机操作能力。
4.良好的协调和沟通能力。
5.身高160以上，长相清秀。
二、工作职责：
1.处理来电和致电，提供专业的总机服务，按要求将来电转接至相关人员和业务区域,有效地应答和转接电话，记好留言，必要时为访客或员工拨通国际电话
2.接待访客，欢迎客人，确保所有访客登记并得到相应胸牌。当访客到达营运点时立即电话通知主人。遵循安全流程，协同保安员将外来访客引导至客户方员工处
3.协调公司车辆长短途的分配，最大化地利用资源，每周检查司机提交的出行记录，对异常情况予以标识
4.提供一站式的叫车服务，始终遵守当地预订出租车政策，确保叫车万无一失。协同保安员，当出租车抵达时提醒客人
5.专用文件夹定期垃圾传真件处理
6.整理电话/传真以及手机账单（在公司名义下），并将其分发至各个职能部门
7.必要时协助H楼的设施维护
8.当地政府批准的其他客户方附属机构短期来访正式邀请的申请事宜
9.审核和监控客户方网站中文版的问询，并将一些在线问询或反馈发送至相关科室/部门。

2.工作时间：做五休二8:30-17:30
3.薪资待遇：2800-3000元/月+工作餐+四金
