Job description:

- Review and Analysis Monthly and quaterly Management Report
审核并分析季度管理层报告
- Organize and reconcile the whole process of month end and year end closing
负责总的月/季度关帐流程实施
- Interpret variance compare with business plan, provide support for decision-making
分析业务计划的差额，提供必要的支持
- Improve internal know-how share and give training to other department
内部知识共享及为其他部门提供相关财务培训
- SAP implementation and extension
SAP系统实施及优化
- Make sure high quality of financial data
确保高质量的财务数据
- Cooperate with other department, initiate action plan according to audit finding and financial risk
与其他部门协作，开展针对审计结果及财务风险的实施计划
- Make sure process/payment/reinbursement in line with company policy
确保流程、付款或报销符合公司规定
- Reconcile and manage the process of year end stock-taking and internal audit
负责年末库存盘点及内部审计
- Team build up, coaching, and management
团队建设，培训及团队管理
- Other task assigned by Manager
其他支持

Necessary education/professional experience：

- Major in finance or accounting, bachelor degree

财务会计专业，学士学位

- Fluent English in speaking, writing
英语流利（书面及口语）

- Good knowledge of SAP FICO model

熟悉SAP系统的财务模块

- At least 3 years working experice in Manufacturing industry as above supervisor level

至少3年制造型其企业（管理）经验

- Profound EXCEL data mining and formula skill

熟练操作Excel
