Key Responsibilities:

1. Identify, interview and select restaurant staff. Train, lead and coach all restaurant staff in service standards as well as detailed menu knowledge

2. Involve in Pre-opening set up of POS systems, establish SOP’s for the FOH

3. Implement production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends; determining system improvements; implementing change

4. Reach restaurant financial objectives by forecasting requirements; develop and manage budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions

5. Partner with Chef in reviewing portion control and quantities of preparation; minimizing waste; ensuring high quality of preparation and analysis sales data

6. Partner with marketing in publicizing and promoting the through promotions; inviting food editors to review the restaurant; contacting local, regional, and national magazines with feature ideas;

7. Set up and enforce sanitation standards and procedures

Minimum requirements:

1. More than 5 years of restaurant / hospitality experience as a manager

2. Communication in Chinese and English is essential

3. Must have multicultural exposure or experience

4. Customer service orientated

5. Detailed orientated

6. Open and energetic

7. Good communicator
