Key Responsibilities:

1. Set up during pre-openign and manage all kitchen activities including managing suppliers, staff, budgets and stock thereafter

2. Source candidate, select talent and train for pre-opening as well as on-going training and staff development

3. Develop all SOP’s for F&B that ensures quality to customers and colleagues

4. Set forecasts and budgets and ensure delivery

5. Analysis of expenditure vs business performance staff (don't really understand this one)

6. Ensure the highest standard of food and service according to company concept and philosophy

Minimum requirements:

1. More than 10 years operating experience as Head Chef or Sous Chef in a western kitchen

2. East Asian experience will be an advantage

3. Communication in Chinese and advanced English

4. Passionate about creating healthy F&B

5. Alignment with company’s philosophy and values

6. Open and energetic

7. Works well under pressure
