Job Description:

? Process review for verifying all documents and operator behaviour follow procedure/WI

? Lead process and process flow chart review and improve continually. Act the new products introduce coordinator between NPI and manufacturing

? To support PME for new products introduce.

? To support Production trainer for new products training.

? To follow up action plan and improve all new product Run&Rate indicator.

? Summary all new products process and quality issue.

? Work with NPI/PE team to solve the new products issue to make sure new products transfer smoothly..

? Manage and Follow up AMC products issues.

? 8D report and action monitoring, attending and follow up

? OPI/QOS summary and review, follow up action plan.

? Take part in APS workshops and enforce APS methods including 5S implementation, documentation and etc.

? Production daily report and failure analysis report discussion

? Process control management, PFMEA, SPC…

Qualifications:

Level (diploma) required:

? Engineering degree.

Experience:

? Minimum 5 years’ experience within process development in the automotive electronic production

? Experience for SMT or Assembly process..

? Statistical knowledge.

? Ability to achieve objectives with little direct support.

Technical skills required:

? Strong technical skills in SMT or Assembly process

? Good interpersonal skills, able to work with many levels of the organization

Skills in relationship and management / leadership required:

? Good management skills, able to manage a team (5-6 people)

? Comfortable to work in team

Languages:

? Fluent English.

? Chinese
