职位描述

1.Spoken and written language in English and Mandarin
2.+ 5 years working experience of which 2 years in a management role as sales/account manager function
3.General knowledge of blueprint reading
4.General knowledge of hand gaging (calipers, micrometers, thread plugs, etc.). CMM experience a plus.
5.General knowledge of manufacturing practices (casting, machining, drilling, tapping, welding, painting, etc.). Hands on experience a plus.
6.Strong business analysis skills
7.Ability to respond to customers’ inquiries and complaints
8.Professional, hardworking and positive attitude
9.Proficient with Microsoft office products including general knowledge of Microsoft Project, Microsoft Visio. Ability to create layouts in AutoCAD a plus.
10.Must be willing to travel within China


职位职责:1.Develop Strategic sales plans for maintaining relationship with new and existing customers
2.Identifying potential customers, setting up meetings and introducing the company to the potential customers and following up to understand new customers needs/business opportunities.
3.Negotiate contracts with customers
4.Create project plans for new business opportunities. Examples of past and current project plans include:
 Inspection of automotive parts before they ship from a manufacturer
 Inspection of construction equipment parts as they are received at an assembly plant
 Repair of non-conforming parts when they are received into a facility
5.Project plans include:
 Determining the number of people required for a job
 Determining the tooling/gaging/equipment that is required for the job,
 Creating a layout for a work area
 Creating work instructions
 Assisting in recruiting employees
 Assisting in training employees
 Creating sample reporting and displays postings
 Basic financial analysis and budgeting
