职位描述
Over 3years progressively responsible experience with supervising employees and quality inspection functions
Working knowledge of ISO 9001 2000 and the basic
Concepts of Lean and Six Sigma & Internal Auditing experience preferred
Proficient in Microsoft WORD EXCEL and PowerPoint
Supervises a staff of quality auditors working in various Business Unit’s (BUs) This includes determining proper staffing levels based on current volumes and the planning and scheduling of work assignments and personal schedules on a daily or weekly basis
Administers and maintains quality system and quality audit procedures for in process and final acceptance for all BU's
Collects and analyzes data in order to evaluate process performance and provide recommendations on process improvement
Interpret quality standards and customer specifications in order to provide training and support to quality or production teams
Works with cross functional teams and BU management to assure continuous improvement across the Organization
Participates in design reviews and BU meetings to contribute quality assurance requirements and considerations
Assures site-wide compliance with all ISO RoHS and IPC requirements and supports the annual site ISO 9001 audits
Develops and implements quality improvement standards and techniques Requires basic understanding of Lean and Six Sigma concepts
Conducts Internal Audits of the quality management system
Works with Quality Manager and Quality Project Manager to ensure quality standards and procedures are in control
