1.Degree/Diploma in related fields or equivalent
2.Self motivated to achieve results
3.Minimum 3 years working experience in disk drive manufacturing field or equivalent
4.Capable to work independence with minimum supervision
5.Adapt to work two shifts
-Perform specified production activities.
-Support adhoc assignment such as sorting or cleaning.
-Maintain work place's cleanliness
-Monitor operators 's OT
-Operation of machines to cover short term operator's absence
-Ensure the required housekeeping standards are maintained at all times
-Participation in continuous improvement activities
-Perform daily report for production activities.
-Production efficiency.
-Meet specified production output.
-Daily accomplishment in meeting production target.
