Main mission:
The Project manager is responsible of technical projects for the benefit of the different BU of JCDecaux in China. This integrates:
- In charge of onsite construction work.
- Manage the logistic.
- Control the quality.
- Solve technical problems related to foundation, mechanical and electrical.
- Guide and training the worker.
- Coordinate with related department to solve issues during onsite work.

Detailed missions:
? Participate to meetings with JCDecaux BU and principals,
? Conduct construction plan according to project schedule and JCDecaux instruction.
? Logistic management of onsite installation teams, vehicles, tools and stock.
? Manage contractors to ensure the schedule and commercial are under control.
? Monitor installation quality and ensure it respects JCDecaux level.
? Monitor / participate to installation on site (mainly at night).
? Get training from JCDecaux of working procedure and safety.
? Provide training to the workers and guiding the working procedure.
? Work together with contractors and assistant the technical solutions including foundation, mechanical and electrical.
? Evaluate the new solution which is provided by contractor to ensure the solution is feasible and commercial.
? Coordinate with related departments to work out the construction accessibility.
? Coordinate with related departments to deal with the emergency cases.

Profile & experience:
Profile :
? Good Knowledge of construction work including foundation, installation of mechanical structure
? Good Knowledge of project management
? Technical background
? Good knowledge of reading drawings (Autocad)
? Self supporting, capable of decision making by himself.
? Passionate, dedicated.
? Leadership capacities.
? Good team working spirit.

Experience :
? At least 4 years experience in project management.
? At least has experience working as a project leader managing a project over 3 million rmb.
? Has project management experience on street construction is preferred.

? Doesn’t mind working at night,
? Likes travelling
