职位描述
Main responsibilities:
-Provides a high level of professional and competent customer service and is able to communicate effectively with customers;
-Work closely with sales/finance/logistics team to build up order management process;
-Take full responsibility of the daily operation of customer service function: handle key account order/delivery/reconcile/billing process to ensure OTC process;
-Customer collaboration project to improve process optimization and customer satisfaction;
-Be willing to following the working time assigned by immediate supervisor.
Qualifications:
-At least 4 year working experience including 2 years customer service practice;
-Potentials to be a team leader and able to work under pressure;
-Customer focused, think out of box and efficiency;
-Ability to learn fast & ability to innovate for improvement;
-Excellent communicational and interpersonal skill;
-Good command of English and PC skills;
-Familiar with SAP is preferred;
