任职资格：
Level of education:
- At least Bachelor preferably in chemical, electronic or mechanical engineering
Experience:
- At least 2 years of experience.
- Experience and network in the LED or Semiconductor industry
- Experience working in an international environment
Skills:
- Self starter and capable to work independently
- Proven interpersonal and influencing skills
- Able to build up a good record, report and relationship with customers, engineers
- Clear experience in end-user insight programs, translated into effective concepts
- Knowledge of the semi conductor or LED industry
- Good analytical skills.
- Good knowledge of design-in processes (in release process and testing including electrical, mechanical, physical, safety… etc.).
- Technical understanding (development, production, quality)

- Prepared to travel domestic and overseas, up to 75% working time.

岗位职责：
A.Key Areas of Responsibility:
1.Region
? MOCVD China
2.Customer Support
? Fill in the 8D-report and or customers corrective action plan (VCAR’s)
? Be able to describe the problem and collect the data and report to product manager
? On-site technical support susceptor related issues
? Provide basic product training to customer engineers and operators
? Clarify product specifications with customers and feedback to Product manager.
3.Team
? Work with local team on business growth
? Advise on resources needs to support and maintain the business
B. Key Issues Facing the Role:
? Support business growth
? Fast response time to customer issues (max. 72 hours with first analysis)
? Willing to travel, need to be on site with 48 hours when issue reported
? Have analytical skills and knowledge how to apply
C. Key Decisions:
? Advise and decide upon set up on complaint or failure analysis
Level of education:
