Responsibilities:

- Manage the operation and administration of QA&QCfunction for woven&knit products.

- Communicate quality requirements, inspection policies and procedures to existing and new factories to ensure that production will meet company's requirement.

- Responsible for inspection, preproduction, inline, laundry monitoring and final audit.

- Work with Merchandisers, vendors, suppliers and manufacturers during seasonal cycles to anticipate, prevent and resolve quality problems.

- Implement quality control policies and procedures as directed by senior management to ensure conformity with legal and corporate specifications and standard.

- Develop, lead and motivate staff.

- Conduct evaluation on potential vendors in the areas of production capacity and performance.

- Provide necessary information, guidance and support to business partners to ensure conformance to the required product quality standards.

- To manage and develop the Quality Assurance and Quality Control Departments.

- To support the companies general operations and facilitate quality and technical initiatives as required.

- To interface with vendors / factories and to drive continuous QA/QC improvement.

- To manage and develop the implementation of new vendors to ensure conformance to the required quality standards, compulsory compliance requirements and corporate standards.

Candidate profile:

- Bachelor or above degree majoring in textile / garment / fashion or relevant.

- more than 8 years quality management experience in certain team zize, prefer handled team size bigger than 15 people.

- Strong knowledge in quality assurance and manufacturing process, factory evaluation.

- Experienced in paper pattern.

- Good command in Microsoft Office detailed, proactive and independent.

- Good command in English.

- Proficient in Chinese language will be highly preferred.

- Willing to travel.
