Main Responsibilities

1. Receiving the customer order from distribution center and handling in SAP.

2. Following up the order status at internal to make sure on time delivery.

3. Keeping the customer informed about order status timely by phone and email.

4. Working with export team and the customer for shipment arrangement.

5. Billing to the customer after delivery.

6. Reporting and other target as the requested by supervisor.

Qualification

Education

College degree or above, with major in foreign trade or related field.

Experience

a,1-2 year experience on order processing

b,has the import & export experience is preferred.

Language

Fluent English both of speaking and writing.

Skills

a,Good communication skills.

b,Proficient in Office software, especially, PPT.

c,Be familiar with SAP is a plus.

Attitude

a,Positive and curiousness.

b,Team work sense.
