岗位职责:
1、根据公司指派的销售目标,制定阶段完成计划

二、BD Manager
Job Title : Business Development Manager
Functional Area : Business Development
Reports To : General Manager
No. of Subordinates : 6
Job Band : 10
1. Summary of position:
To focus on new and existing account management such as generating sales, account servicing and business development. To be responsible in establishing customer’s relationship, rapport building, prospecting & identifying potential accounts. To lead pre/post-sales service personnel in comprising costing, customer service and program management
2. Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
·To develop lasting relationship with new and existing customers in order to maximize revenues for the company so as to be in line with the Group strategy.
·To develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet corporate goals as in revenues & profit margins.
·To develop and manage sales/marketing/business development processes for Central China region.
·To be accountable for the Global quotes process, the site selection process & tool, and assist in the forecasting and planning process.
·To create effective lead projects and marketing programs to identify prospective customer and account penetration.
·To be responsible in relationship management and presales activities such as proposal preparation, sales presentations, contract negotiation and total cost evaluation.
·To lead pre/post sales service personnel from the costing, customer service and program management teams.
·To negotiate contracts and co-ordinate all related activities to ensure the completion of project.
·To develop pricing strategy that focuses on profitability of business while still remain competitive in the global markets.
·To monitor and communicate customer metrics across the assigned market segments.
·To work effectively with customers on inventory turns, reduce inventory levels, control obsolete and excess inventory.
·To ensure all customer’s expectations in term of technology, cost, quality and supply are clearly identified, documented and measured regularly either quarterly or annually.
·To lead BD/Sales and Program Management teams.
·Other responsibilities may include win/loss analysis, researching, collecting and presenting accurate information.
3. Knowledge / Skills / Competencies:
·Knowledge in plastics injection and tooling is preferred.
·Strong business analysis skills.
·Ability to define problems (root cause analysis), collect data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions, and lead the involved teams until problem resolved
·Ability to read, analyze and interpret technical drawings and/or product specification requirements, for RFQ feasibility study.
·Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, both in spoken & written communication
·Ability to effectively present information to top management, and/or chairing meeting with external customers, suppliers and internal teams.
·Proficiency in both English (ELTS6+) and Chinese language.
4. Typical Working Experience:
·Ten years of relevant working experience of which three years in a management role in a sales/key account management function.
5. Education
·Bachelor degree or equivalent; preferably in the Engineering field
·Additional languages are beneficial
