Requirements:
? Bachelor's, Major in business administration related
? 5+ years related working experience in MNC
? Responsive ,Self-motivated, attention to the details
? Proficient language skills in English (spoken and written)
? Good at MS office software such as PPT, excel, etc

Job Descriptions:
? Sign off electronic files after approval via e-mail on behalf of EVP FRS Asia and COO and SVP Asia, which forward the e-signature.
? Travel arrangement for EVP FRS and COO and SVP, upon request (flight sourcing, hotel booking, and transportation).
? Support the visitors to EVP FRS and COO and SVP, or upon request of Management (Transport arrangement, hotel booking, support in flight changes) Hotel booking for visitors related to the standard Kunshan hotel agreements.
? Meeting arrangement (room booking, coffee break, supply of refreshments - coffee, lunch ordering and ensure supply) with our office support functions on demand of EVP FRS and COO and SVP.
? Assist EVP FRS and COO and SVP in administrative tasks, e.g. expenses report, presentations, etc.
? Assist on request of EVP FRS and COO and SVP in organizing events, room booking and reservations for restaurants.
? Ensure all the presentations, files and letters are done in to company Paper Cooperate Identity and Trade Secret Policy.
? Storing of GA(Goal agreement), ED(employee diaolog), JD.
? Communicate with Assistant Asia BoM, VP BoM, VP FRS BoM.
? Support in organization of major events (e.g. TTL/IMM, SVB visit, company Family visit).
? Give positive example in company value, Operational Excellence to other employee.
