Direct and control of BFT product basing on the quality control system and SOP system, make efforts for continuous improvement of the product quality and satisfy the customer requirments while reduce cost.

Your role / 岗位描述

1. Quality document control

a.Review and update quality control procedures and testing procedures on a continuing basis, and ensure the process control manual are well documented and archived.

b. Ensure quality documents well translate the requirements of internal and external customers.

2. Quality control of product and raw materials

a.Direct the quality control in cooperation with activity platform
b.Participate in production management on problems of quality and reliability, maintain product quality records and prepare reports as required.

c. Maintain quality of incoming materials and develop testing procedures & methods to ensure constant quality.

d. Participate in follow-up and result discussion of new product introduction.

3. Solve quality problems and handle complaints

a.Develop on-going work meetings with all department personnel in a continuous effort of product quality improvement.

b. Direct meetings that facilitate effective communications for fast quality problems solving.

c. Follow up the corrective actions and verify the effectiveness of the actions.d. Handle customer complaints with coordination with production department

4. Control test equipments

a. Set up and maintain calibration system for all test machines and equipments.
b. Set up and maintian internal calibration system

5 Analyze quality data

a. Analyze the qualtiy data for trends, potential problems etc
b. Maintain SPC results for the plant and analyze SPC data for recommendations.
c. Test reports for the finished product.

6 Quality training for production operators and quality inspectors Implement quality awareness training for prodution operators and shift leaders and quality inspectors

Your profile / 职位要求

1. Junior college education level above with an Engineering background, metallurgical engineering / heat treatment / vacuum technology or gained equally by experience preferred

2. 5 years above related working experience in a manufacturing environment

3. Good communication and coordination skill

4. Good sensitiveness with Statistic and good at the FMEA.PPAP,MSA, SPC

5. Knowledge of quality control system in production environment

6. Good English at speaking, reading, writing and listening.
