1.本科学历，机械设计及自动化。
2. 5年以上工业自动化工作经验。
3. 熟练使用Auto CAD,Solidwork等3D软件。
4．熟练使用EXCEL和WORD.较强的英语听说读写能力。
5. 较强的项目管理能力。

主要职责：
1.项目管理：负责协调莱顿，供应商和客户之间的关系。
2.协调管理APQP的状态。
3.跟踪和关闭于生产相关的问题进度表。
4.非标设备的设计，安装和调试。
5.工装设计。
6.机器、工装的安装，调试。
7.非标设备项目的管理
8.设备的日常维护和保养及维修。
9.经理交给的其他任务。

日常工作：

?Maintains a master list of all projects with key information related to critical timing,volume, technical and prototype delivery information.
?Responsible for the effective administration of manufacturing engineering projects between engineering, sales, production and quality assurance functions. Administrative requirements are defined by the APQP and Product Realization processes.
?Prepares and maintains realization timing plans that create a best case scenario for all parties (Litens, suppliers, customer).
?Responsible to oversee APQP status of all relevant projects.
?Reports problems and potential problems in a timely manner to management as required.
?Regularly coordinates with production to ensure problems are noted, acted on and closed
Maintains status reports continuously.
?Coordinates timing, delivery, and project management issues with customers as required.
?Administer additional customer-specific program requirements in conjunction with APQP process.
?Support continuous improvement process for engineering and manufacturing cost reductions.
?Develops tooling from concept to completed drawing package.
?Assists tooling staff with troubleshooting tooling problems as required.
?Considers safety and ergonomics as top priorities.
?Knowledgeable of existing and emerging technologies in tooling design.
?Provide mechanical technical support for machine.
?Work with online maintenance team to improve machine uptime.
?Provide training and skill transfer to improve online maintenance team skill.
?Implement machine modification/upgrading projects. Coordinate new production line transfer.
?Analysis malfunction and deal with issue for equipment. Participate maintenance prevention.
